I like to think I started my career as a baker when I was a toddler. My Mom would invite me into the kitchen to bake with her, and I have the warmest memories since then.
Eventually, I traveled to New York to attend the International Culinary Center in 2015, and my faith was sealed.
I have dedicated my life to creating innovative recipes and cake designs.
I would love to continue working in pastry departments or bakeries, since all the pastry executive chefs I have worked for have given me great guidance. While living in Hawaii, Anuenue Bakery was my personal project to create wedding cakes, and before moving to Spain, I worked for a French bakery in North Carolina.
