Creating amazing, delightful, and, innovative desserts, and cakes is my passion, all pastries are my bread and butter! Years of experience in the baking industry have made me an efficient baker, and my gift for decoration with a great sense of style has elevated my profession.
I have worked for wonderful hotels, such as The Grand Wailea, The Wailea Hotel (Relais & Chateaux), The Ritz-Carlton and a historic Hotel in the heart of Virginia, the Richmond Hotel.
I believe that baking is an artform, and the secret to success is feeling comfortable and confident about what you can achieve.
